We ship worldwide from Italy via DHL Express, FedEx, and GLS (within Italy). If your country is not listed below, contact us — we’ll be happy to provide a personalized quote and timeframe.

2. ⏳ Order Processing Time

All our sculptures are handmade in small batches or to order.

• Standard sculptures (available on our website) are usually produced and ready to ship within 3–14 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

• Custom or large-volume orders: production time is discussed individually.

All delivery times are approximate and based on average experience.
Delays may occur due to remote locations, public holidays, customs, weather, or other external factors.

4. 📦 Packaging & Insurance

• All sculptures are carefully packed in custom, shock-resistant packaging to ensure safe delivery.

• Each shipment is fully insured for its declared value.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos or video of the damage so we can assist you.

5. 🚚 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

6. ✍️ Address & Responsibility

• We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check that all information is correct.

• If you need to change the address, please notify us before the shipment is processed.

• Once a parcel has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. The buyer is responsible for any errors or omissions in the shipping address.

• Shipments within the European Union are exempt from customs duties and additional taxes.
  If you are ordering from outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
