📦 Return Policy & Safe Delivery
Each sculpture created in our workshop is the result of meticulous craftsmanship, attention to detail, and genuine love for art. We understand that purchasing a unique, fragile, and valuable piece online may cause concern — especially if it’s your first time buying from us.
That’s why we have developed a transparent and fair return policy, and we’ve ensured reliable packaging and insured shipping.

🚚 Safe Delivery & Damage Protection
We take great care in packaging each artwork: we’ve developed multi-layer, shockproof, and weather-resistant packaging to ensure your sculpture arrives in perfect condition — no matter the distance.
All shipments are insured, providing you with an extra layer of protection as a buyer.
What to do if the item is damaged in transit:
1. Contact us immediately at favnaarta@gmail.com
2. Attach photos and, if possible, a video showing the damage to both the packaging and the sculpture immediately upon opening
3. We will respond as quickly as possible and offer a solution through insurance or replacement
We are on your side and always ready to help if anything goes wrong.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
According to EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt, or to request an exchange — as long as the item has not been used.
Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
• the item has not been used and retains its original condition and packaging
• you have informed us about your decision within 14 calendar days by writing to favnaarta@gmail.com
• the item has no damage or signs of use
• the return applies to non-customized pieces
• all shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless otherwise agreed)
Refunds are issued only after we have received the returned item and verified its condition.
Once the inspection is completed, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider (usually up to 14 business days).
❗ Important:
Returned items must be packed as carefully as they were upon delivery. This is essential to ensure the safety of the artwork during return transit.
🤍 We believe you choose our work with love and the intention to keep it for many years.
However, to protect the uniqueness of each original sculpture and maintain fairness for all customers, we do not accept returns of artworks that have been used for photoshoots, décor, or presentations, even if only briefly.
🔍 Each return is evaluated individually. In case of doubt, we may request photos and further information to verify the condition and the preserved artistic value of the sculpture.

⚠️ Custom Orders
Sculptures made to order — including changes to size, color, shape, any other modifications, or original custom compositions — are not eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
We are always happy to discuss every detail in advance to make sure you are fully confident in your order.
