📦 Shipping Policy
All our sculptures are shipped from Italy, carefully packed and insured. You don’t need to worry at all about the safety of your piece — we’ve taken care of everything. Our packaging is designed to withstand any intercontinental journey. Please read this policy to understand how we process, ship, and handle deliveries for both standard and custom-made orders.
1. ⏳ Order Processing Time
We are not just an online store — we are a workshop. Therefore, all of our sculptures are created by hand in small batches or made to order.
Please note that the current production or dispatch timeframe for each piece is specified in the description on the product page of the item you have selected.
For custom or large-scale orders, the production time is discussed individually.

We ship worldwide from Italy via DHL Express, FedEx, and GLS (within Italy). If your country is not listed below, contact us — we’ll be happy to provide a personalized quote and timeframe.

Shipping costs for custom-made sculptures may vary depending on size and destination. We’ll provide an exact quote during the order process.
3. Estimated Timeframes & Delays
All delivery times are approximate and based on average experience.
Delays may occur due to remote locations, public holidays, customs, weather, or other external factors.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact us in advance — we’ll do our best to help.
4. 🧾 International Shipping. Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees
Import duties, VAT and local taxes (if applicable) are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties or additional taxes are charged. Therefore, when ordering from Italy within the EU, no additional import costs will apply.
However, if you are ordering from outside the EU, please note that your country may apply import duties and taxes on goods arriving from Italy. These charges must be paid when the parcel reaches customs in your country. Our courier services help make this process as smooth as possible and allow you to complete all payments online.
As a creative workshop, we do not continuously monitor real-time customs regulations or changes in import policies in every country. However, if you need assistance in estimating potential duties or taxes at the time of your order, please feel free to contact us — we will be happy to help you review the applicable customs conditions for your destination.
Prepayment of duties. Additional options for gifts or expedited delivery :
- If your order is intended as an international gift and you would like to cover the import duties yourself (instead of the recipient), please contact us — we will be happy to assist you on an individual basis.
- If you would like to minimize potential customs delays and ensure the fastest possible delivery, please contact us — we can assist in arranging prepayment of import charges where possible, helping to speed up customs clearance in your country.
5. 📦 Packaging & Insurance

All sculptures are carefully packed in custom, shock-resistant packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Each shipment is fully insured for its declared value.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos or video of the damage so we can assist you.
6. 🚚 Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
7. ✍️ Address and Responsibility
We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Please carefully double-check all details before placing your order.
If you need to change the address, please inform us before the shipment is dispatched.
Once the parcel has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address on our side. The buyer is responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the shipping information provided.
*However, many courier services we use offer delivery management options for the recipient. Therefore, if an error is identified in time, after the parcel has been dispatched but before it has been transferred to the courier in your local area, you may try to correct this yourself.
